What about Chip Timing

We do offer this capability, but please realize that we don't feel they are the wonder solution like a lot of folks out there.

While this technology has made great strides in the past few years, we are still not satisfied with the level of accuracy for our elite level events.

Who are Cath and John Jett ?

Cath Jett comes from a strong Alpine and Mountain Bike racing background. She was a member of Team Breckenridge in the 90's where she got her Race Administration and Timing background. She also raced, then helped run and time the Summit Mountain Challenge in Breckenridge. After receiving an advanced degree in Information Technology, she accepted a position with the US Ski and Snowboard Association as their National Points and Rankings Manager. Her skills revolve around database management and custom programming. Her primary customer is the US Snowboard Team but she especially loves any junior level racing.

John Jett comes from a strong Snowboard racing and coaching background. He is also the race director for the Imogene Pass Run - although this is not an event that we provide timing services for. He is currently the Events Manager for Telluride Ski Resort and is the technical mastermind behind CJ Timing. If you have a question about how it works, or how to fix it, or even how to hack it, John can answer your question. He currently specializes in Alpine and Snowboard Dowhnill events as well as Road and Track Time Trials. He is also an expert with FinishLynx technologies.
